Do you charge a digitization for embroidery or a set-up fee for screen printing?

No, we usually include in this in the quoted price.

How long does it take to deliver items?

Screen printed items are generally delivered in two weeks, sometimes we can deliver common items in less time (t-shirts, hooded sweatshirts). Embroidered or special order items (jackets, hats, etc.) may take a little longer. 

Will you accept individual orders?

We can set up a webpage to accept orders directly from your parents and players, so you don’t have to collect order forms.
